Ministry of Energy or "MOE" means the Ministry of Energy of the Province of Alberta, or its successor;
Ministry of Energy means the Recipient’s ministry responsible for energy, or any successor thereto.
Ministry of Energy means Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Energy.
