Competing Channels definition

Competing Channels means channels of similar genre and language of competing Broadcasters;
Competing Channels means the channel(s) of other broadcasters which are of similar genre and language as each of the respective Channel(s).

Examples of Competing Channels in a sentence

  • The Operator can avail “LCN based discount” by placing each of the Subscribed Channels in the logical channel number (“LCN”) position as set out in Table C below within the same genre in parity with Competing Channels.

  • The Operator can avail “LCN based discount” by selecting either one of the Slabs set out in Table C and placing each of the Channels of the opted bouquet(s) in the logical channel number (“LCN”) position in accordance with the selected slab within the same genre in parity with Competing Channels.

Related to Competing Channels

  • Competing Activities means the same or similar services as Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd is providing to the Restaurant under this Agreement or other activities having a similar purpose.
