Competitive Fixed Rate definition

Competitive Fixed Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Loan (other than a Competitive Margin Loan), the fixed rate of interest per annum specified by the Lender making such Competitive Loan in its related Competitive Bid.
Competitive Fixed Rate means, as to any Competitive Bid made by a Bank pursuant to Section 2.02(b) for Competitive Fixed Rate Loans, the fixed rate of interest offered by the Bank making such Competitive Bid.
Competitive Fixed Rate means, as to any Competitive Bid made by a Bank pursuant to Section 2.2(b), the fixed rate of interest offered by the Bank making such Competitive Bid.

  • Each Competitive Fixed Rate Loan ------------------------------- shall bear interest (computed on the basis of a 360-day year and actual days elapsed, in each case excluding the date of repayment) on the unpaid principal amount thereof from the date such Loan is made until maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) at a rate per annum equal to the Competitive Fixed Rate applicable to such Loan.

  • Each Competitive Bid by a Lender must be in the form of Exhibit 2.5B or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative ------------- Agent and the Borrower and must be received by the Administrative Agent by telecopy, in the case of a Borrowing of Competitive Margin Loans, not later than 9:30 a.m., three (3) Business Days before the proposed date of such Borrowing, and in the case of a Borrowing of Competitive Fixed Rate Loans, not later than 9:30 a.m., on the proposed date of such Borrowing.

Related to Competitive Fixed Rate

  • Eurodollar Competitive Loan means any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Competitive Range means the responsive submissions that meet the evaluation criteria and are considered to be reasonably susceptible of award.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Floating Rate Option has the meaning given to it in the ISDA Definitions;

  • Competitive Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • Index Rate means, for any day, a floating rate equal to the higher of (i) the rate publicly quoted from time to time by The Wall Street Journal as the "base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's 30 largest banks" (or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases quoting a base rate of the type described, the highest per annum rate of interest published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve statistical release H.15 (519) entitled "Selected Interest Rates" as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent), and (ii) the Federal Funds Rate plus 50 basis points per annum. Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Competitive Set As defined in the STR Reports. Lessor and Lessee shall work in good faith to determine any additions and deletions to the Hotel’s Competitive Set, on or before November 15th of each year, with such changes to be applicable for the following Fiscal Year. In the event Lessor and Lessee cannot agree to the Hotel’s Competitive Set by November 15th of any year, such unagreed items shall be determined by Xxxxx Travel Research (or, if it refuses or is unable to do so, by arbitration pursuant to Section 25.2). The costs of resetting the Hotel’s Competitive Set shall be borne equally by the parties.

  • Eurocurrency Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Competitive Borrowing means a Borrowing consisting of a Competitive Loan or concurrent Competitive Loans from the Lender or Lenders whose Competitive Bids for such Borrowing have been accepted under the bidding procedure described in Section 2.03.

  • Competitive Bid Margin means the margin above or below the applicable Eurocurrency Base Rate offered for a Eurocurrency Bid Rate Loan, expressed as a percentage (rounded to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) to be added or subtracted from such Eurocurrency Base Rate.

  • Competitive Bid Advance means an advance by a Lender to the Borrower as part of a Competitive Bid Borrowing resulting from the competitive bidding procedure described in Section 2.03 and refers to a Fixed Rate Advance or a LIBO Rate Advance.

  • Competitive negotiation means a procedure for contracting for supplies, materials, equipment or contractual services, in which proposals are solicited from qualified suppliers by a request for proposals, and changes may be negotiated in proposals and prices after being submitted.

  • Competitive Process means either an Open Competition or an Invitational Competition;

  • Eurodollar Rate Committed Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Eurodollar Rate.

  • Eurodollar Business Day means any Business Day on which major commercial banks are open for international business (including dealings in Dollar deposits) in New York, New York and London, England.

  • Eurocurrency Rate means, for any Interest Period:

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate means, for any Interest Period, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Competitive Product means a product or service, made or provided by a Competitor, which is the same as or is directly competitive with one with respect to which the Employee acquired confidential information relating to the Company, or its business, products or services by reason of the Employee's work with the Company.

  • Eurocurrency Base Rate means, for such Interest Period:

  • LIBOR Market Index Rate means, for any day, LIBOR as of that day that would be applicable for a LIBOR Loan having a one-month Interest Period determined at approximately 10:00 a.m. Central time for such day (rather than 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period as otherwise provided in the definition of “LIBOR”), or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day. The LIBOR Market Index Rate shall be determined on a daily basis.

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.
