Competitive Notes definition

Competitive Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-2.

Competitive Notes means, collectively, promissory notes of the Borrower evidencing Competitive Loans, each substantially in the form of Exhibit D-2.

Competitive Notes means the promissory notes of the Company evidencing the Competitive Loans, in the form of Exhibit O hereto, together with all renewals, extensions, modifications and replacements thereof and substitutions therefor.

More Definitions of Competitive Notes

Competitive Notes and “Competitive Note” mean, respectively, (a) the promissory notes of the Company substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, issued pursuant to and in accordance with this Agreement, as such promissory notes may be amended or modified and in effect, and (b) a single such promissory note.

Competitive Notes means the promissory notes provided for by Section 2.06(e) and all promissory notes delivered in substitution or exchange therefor, in each case as the same shall be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.

Competitive Notes and "COMPETITIVE NOTE" mean, respectively, (a) the promissory notes of the Company substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, issued pursuant to and in accordance with this Agreement, as such promissory notes may be amended or modified and in effect, and (b) a single such promissory note.
