Competitor of the Company Group means any Person that is engaged or preparing to engage in any Competitive Activity.
Competitor of the Company Group means Tidewater Inc., Seacor Holdings Inc., Xxxxxxxx Offshore Services, Inc., Xxxxxx Gulf International Marine, LLC, or any of their affiliates.
