Complaint file definition

Complaint file means a confidential record of an initial complaint and information received or produced in the screening and investigation of a complaint.
Complaint file means the file comprising all relevant information relating to the complaint (including all written and oral evidence) received from both the complainant and the body against which the complaint has been made.
Complaint file. (a capitalized term) means the organized, comprehensive collection of records and information related to the resolution of a specific complaint under the Grievance Procedures.
