Complaints and Disciplinary Committee definition

Complaints and Disciplinary Committee means the committee established by the Board to oversee the Complaints and Disciplinary Rules and Procedures.
Complaints and Disciplinary Committee means the committee of the Health Professionals Registration Board which is established under section 18;

Examples of Complaints and Disciplinary Committee in a sentence

  • Stage 5 – Reporting to / Consultation with the Management CommitteeFollowing final conclusion of the process (or the final outcome of the Disciplinary Procedure, where that has been implemented) the Complaints and Disciplinary Committee Chairman will report on the outcome of the complaint at the next regular meeting of the Management Committee of the CSCA.

  • Stage 3 – Decisions by the Complaints and Disciplinary CommitteeThe Complaints and Disciplinary Committee shall meet or otherwise confer to consider the complaint and the written response received from the member company.

  • Serious breach of these rules will be dealt with by the Club Complaints and Disciplinary Committee and may lead to cessation of membership.

  • Complaints relating to incidents at Club level are dealt with by the Club Complaints and Disciplinary Committee.

  • Stage 2 – Investigation of the Complaint by the Complaints and Disciplinary CommitteeThe Complaints and Disciplinary Committee Chairman is responsible for coordinating the review and investigation of the complaint and formulating an appropriate response and action plan in a timely manner.

  • Disciplinary Committee means any person or committee of persons, or any subcommittee thereof, that is author- ized by a self-regulatory organization to issue disciplinary charges, to con- duct disciplinary proceedings, to settle disciplinary charges, to impose dis- ciplinary sanctions or to hear appeals thereof.

  • Disciplinary Panel means the panel appointed pursuant to Rule 613(b) to conduct hearings in connection with disciplinary proceedings (other than summary impositions of fines pursuant to Rule 601(b)), to make findings, render decisions, and impose sanctions pursuant to Chapter 6 of the Rules. The Disciplinary Panel must meet the composition requirements set forth in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations and the composition requirements set forth in Rule 613(b).

  • Multidisciplinary team means a group of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of child abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, nursing, public health, substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health, social work, child development, education, law, juvenile probation, or law enforcement, or a group established pursuant to section 235B.1, subsection 1.

  • Appeals Committee means a Committee or Tribunal duly appointed by by-law to conduct hearings under this By-law;

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.
