Complementary Facilities definition

Complementary Facilities means facilities on the Campus such as roadways, parking areas and other improvements that are to be used in connection with the operations of the Tenant;

  • The Landlord reserves the right to impose reasonable charges for the use of parking areas and facilities on or in the Complementary Facilities.

  • The Lessee covenants that nothing contained in this Lease shall be construed so as to prevent the Lessor from varying or altering the location or size of the Complementary Facilities including parking areas, driveways and sidewalks from time to time or from erecting additional buildings or extending existing buildings.

  • If part of the Lands and Premises, Campus or the Complementary Facilities is damaged or destroyed through negligence of the Tenant or those for whom it is responsible in law, the Tenant shall reimburse the Landlord for the cost of repairs or replacements immediately upon demand.

  • Ancillary Facilities means all facilities ancillary to the Temporary Casino or the Melbourne Casino identified in the Melbourne Casino Complex Development Proposals or the Temporary Casino Complex Development Proposals (as the case may be) to be constructed on or located within the Temporary Casino Site or the Site, including an hotel, restaurant, retail, recreation, entertainment and carparking facilities, residential and office accommodation, staff facilities, staff carparking, coach storage facilities and open space areas;

  • Ancillary Facility means any ancillary facility made available by an Ancillary Lender in accordance with Clause 6 (Ancillary Facilities).

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to, the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cables, fiber optic cables, circuits, wires, lines, plant and equipment located under, on or above the surface of the ground within the Public Ways of the City and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility services or Telecommunications Services.

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Triage facility means a short-term facility or a portion

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Stormwater management facility means a control measure that controls stormwater runoff and changes the characteristics of that runoff including, but not limited to, the quantity and quality, the period of release or the velocity of flow.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Onshore facility means any facility any part of which is located in, on, or under any land of the state, other than submerged land, that because of its location, could reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment by discharging oil into or on the navigable waters of the state or the adjoining shorelines.
