Compliance Activities’ definition

Compliance Activities’ means an activity or combination of activities which a Participant may undertake at the Participant’s assessed work capacity and in accordance with any Guidelines, which may include any one or more of the following: skills training; activities intended to address Vocational Barriers and Non-vocational Barriers; work experience activities; work in a social or community enterprise; participation in the Australian Government Skills for Education and Employment Program or AMEP (where the Participant has registered, and is eligible, for AMEP); or training in job search techniques.
Compliance Activities’ means an activity or combination of activities which a Participant may undertake at the Participant’s assessed work capacity and in accordance with any Guidelines, which may include any one or more of the following:
Compliance Activities’ means intensive activities for Eligible Job Seekers: in accordance with any Guidelines; or as otherwise directed by DHS.

Compliance Activities’ means all actions to assist or induce a delinquent seller to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, to accurately and timely collect, source, report and remit sales and use taxes within the municipality’s jurisdiction and shall include:

  • Compliance Review as defined in Section 5.5(b).

  • Safety compliance facility means a licensee that is a commercial entity that receives marihuana from a marihuana facility or registered primary caregiver, tests it for contaminants and for tetrahydrocannabinol and other cannabinoids, returns the test results, and may return the marihuana to the marihuana facility.

  • Delegated Anti-Money Laundering Duties means the written anti-money laundering duties that, where applicable, the Trust has delegated to the Transfer Agent to satisfy applicable regulatory requirements relating to anti-money laundering.
