Compliance Meeting definition

Compliance Meeting means a meeting held by the department for those recipients who fail to comply with their approved affirmative fair housing marketing plan.
Compliance Meeting means a meeting as prescribed by the administrative procedures act, conducted by the executive director at which the licensee has an opportunity to show compliance with the act, these rules, terms of probation, directives, public policy of the state of Michigan, or any other local, state, or federal law or regulation.
Compliance Meeting means a meeting held by the housing agency for those entities who fail to comply with their approved affirmative fair housing marketing plan or with the affirmative fair housing marketing requirements set forth in Subtitle 8-37ee of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
