Compliance Monitor definition

Compliance Monitor means the LACMTA funded independent compliance monitor selected jointly by the LACMTA and the City to ensure compliance with the conditions and required mitigation measures for the Project pursuant to Article XVI of this Agreement.
Compliance Monitor means Dr. Nicholas Scharff, the compliance monitor under the Agreement, or any successor compliance monitor.
Compliance Monitor means either the AESO or WECC, as applicable, as the organization mandated or retained to conduct ISO Rules and Reliability Standards compliance monitoring activities.
