ISO Rules definition

ISO Rules means the ISO automated billing system procedures, operating procedures, and market rules, as well as any other rules, requirements, and procedures adopted by the ISO pursuant to the ISO Services Tariff or otherwise from time to time in effect and the related ISO agreements.
ISO Rules has the meaning given the term "ISO rules" in Section 1(2)(d) of the EUA; "ISO Tariff" has the meaning given the term "ISO tariff" in Section 1(2)(e) of the EUA; "ITA" means the Income Tax Act (Canada);
ISO Rules means all rules adopted by the ISO or NEPOOL, as such rules may be amended, added, superseded and restated from time to time, including, the NEPOOL Agreement, ISO New England Inc. Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, the Transmission Operating Agreement, and the Participants Agreement, the ISO Manuals, and the ISO Operating Procedures.

Examples of ISO Rules in a sentence

  • Seller shall take any and all actions necessary to effectuate such assignment including executing documents required by ISO Rules.

  • In addition, except as otherwise expressly provided, terms with initial capitalization used in this Agreement and not defined herein shall have the meaning as defined in the ISO Rules.

  • Delivery Point means the PTF location where Requirements are settled under ISO Rules.
