Compliance Reporting Period definition

Compliance Reporting Period means the 12-month period between January 1 through December 31 for each annual Consent Decree Compliance Report.
Compliance Reporting Period means the six-month period preceding each Semi-Annual Report (i.e., January 1-June 30 or July 1-December 31).
