Compliant fuel definition

Compliant fuel means seven and eight-tenths (7.8) pounds per square inch (psi) low RVP gasoline, federal reformulated gasoline, or ethanol blended low RVP gasoline as described in section 5 of this rule.
Compliant fuel means any fuel that meets the Sulphur Content Requirements with effect from the Effective Date.
