Compliant Gas definition

Compliant Gas means Natural Gas which complies with the Gas Entry Conditions; “Day” has the meaning given in the Network Code;
Compliant Gas means Natural Gas which complies with the Applicable Gas Entry Conditions;
Compliant Gas means gas which complies with the Gas Entry Conditions; “Confidential Information” has the meaning given in Clause 15.1;

More Definitions of Compliant Gas

Compliant Gas means Natural Gas which complies with the Applicable Gas Entry Conditions; “Daily Service Fee” has the meaning given in Clause 11.3(b);
Compliant Gas means any syngas produced by the Gasification System that meets the design specification, volume and unit consumption rate. Detailed definition is to be specified in the Project Management Contract.
Compliant Gas means Net Syngas corresponding with specifications numbered 1-8 (inclusive) in Appendix II of the S&P Contract.

  • Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC means the sum of all hydrocarbon air pollutants except methane.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
