Compliant Gas definition

Compliant Gas means Natural Gas which complies with the Applicable Gas Entry Conditions;

Examples of Compliant Gas in a sentence

  • The Storage Customer shall inform astora as soon as possible in case the Gas at the Point of Injection is not Quality Compliant Gas (off spec).

  • In case the Gas at the Point of Withdrawal is not Quality Compliant Gas the Storage Customer shall inform astora according to Section 5 whether and to which extent it is prepared to accept non Quality Compliant Gas.

  • Any synthesis gas produced during such shut-down period and start-up period shall be considered as Compliant Gas, and Hai Hua shall be charged the relevant Capacity Fee and Energy Fee, although Hai Hua will enjoy a 50% discount on the Energy Fee calculation.

More Definitions of Compliant Gas

Compliant Gas means gas which complies with the Gas Entry Conditions; “Confidential Information” has the meaning given in Clause 15.1;
