Daily Service Fee definition

Daily Service Fee has the meaning given Clause 10.3(b); “Day” has the meaning given in the Network Code; “Default” has the meaning given in Clause 13.1;

Daily Service Fee shall be calculated as 𝐷𝑎𝑖𝑙𝑦 𝑆𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝐹𝑒𝑒 = 𝑆𝐴𝐹𝐷 × ��𝐷 where: SAF = the Service Availability Factor on a Day, as determined in accordance with Clause 8; P = an amount equal to the Annual Service Fee divided by the number of Days in the Service Year; and D = the relevant Day for calculation of the Daily Service Fee.

Related to Daily Service Fee

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.
