Gas Entry Conditions definition

Gas Entry Conditions the Gas Entry Conditions contained in Annex A-2;
Gas Entry Conditions has the meaning given in the Network Code; “Hour” means any period of 60 minutes beginning on the hour;
Gas Entry Conditions means in respect of the System Entry Point the limits and other requirements as to the composition, pressure, temperature and other characteristics of Gas delivered or tendered for delivery at the System Entry Point as set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4;

Examples of Gas Entry Conditions in a sentence

  • Where after the date of this Agreement there is a change in any Legal Requirement relating to the composition or other characteristics of gas delivered to or conveyed by the National Grid Gas System, either Operator may require that both Operators shall discuss the amendment of the Gas Entry Conditions in accordance with Clause 7 (Amendment Process) of this Agreement, so as to enable such Operator and this Agreement to comply with such changed Legal Requirement.

  • Where after the date of this Agreement there is a change in any Legal Requirement relating to the composition or other characteristics of gas delivered to or conveyed by the National Grid Gas System, either Operator may require that both Operators shall discuss the amendment of the Gas Entry Conditions in accordance with clauseClause 7 (Amendment Process) of this Agreement, so as to enable such Operator and this Agreement to comply with such changed Legal Requirement.

  • The generic SCA states, in the Gas Entry Conditions, that the calorific value (CV) of gas entering Transco’s system shall be within 0.5 MJ/m 3 of a target CV provided by Transco.

  • It also defines the measurement system to which these requirements apply and describes the gas quality measurements required to monitor the Gas Entry Conditions.

Gas Entry Conditions has the meaning given in the Network Code; “Gas-in-Storage” has the meaning given in Clause 4.1;
Gas Entry Conditions means the limits or other requirements as to the composition, pressure, temperature and other characteristics of gas delivered or tendered for delivery to the NGG System at the Gas Delivery Point, as from time to time prescribed in the applicable Network Entry Agreement;
Gas Entry Conditions means in respect of the LDZ System Entry Point the limits and other requirements as to the composition, pressure, temperature and other characteristics of Gas delivered or tendered for delivery at the LDZ System Entry Point as set out in Schedule 8;

Related to Gas Entry Conditions

  • Regulatory Conditions means the conditions set out in paragraphs 3.3 to 3.5 (inclusive) of Part A of Appendix I to the Announcement;

  • Supplementary Conditions means the part of the Contract that amends or supplements the General Conditions;

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • Escrow Release Conditions has the meaning assigned to such term in the Escrow Agreement.
