Component Benefit definition

Component Benefit means an employee welfare benefit that is designated on Schedule 1 as one of the Component Benefits of the Plan and described in the Incorporated Documents. Incorporated Documents describing the specific benefits provided by each Component Benefit, the terms of eligibility and other terms and conditions, as they may be amended from time to time by the PEBP, are incorporated herein by reference, and are considered part of the Component Benefits.
Component Benefit means the specific benefit arrangements identified in Exhibit D through which the Plan provides welfare benefits permissible under Code Section 501(c)(9). UNM may replace Exhibit D from time to time.

Examples of Component Benefit in a sentence

  • Benefits under any Component Benefit Program will terminate for all participants if that Component Benefit Program is terminated, and will terminate for a particular participant if his or her participation is ended due to loss of eligibility or termination of employment or other reason.

  • The Consortium reserves the right to make any amendment or restatement to the Plan or any individual Component Benefit Program from time to time, including those which are retroactive in effect.

  • Some of these Component Benefit Programs require you to make an annual election to enroll for coverage.

  • The Plan Administrator for the Component Benefit Programs of the Plan is identified in Section 2.

  • For each Component Benefit that is subject to continuation coverage under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, the Plan shall comply.

  • If the Plan or any individual Component Benefit Program is amended, covered persons may be entitled to receive different benefits or benefits under different conditions.

  • The various Component Benefit Programs of the Plan shall pay the compensation of such counsel, accountants, and other person or persons and any other reasonable expenses incurred by the Plan Administrator in the administration of the various Component Benefit Programs of the Plan.

  • Nothing in this document or any of the Component Documents shall be construed as to change the funding nature of any Component Benefit Program, such as transferring a fully insured Component Benefit Program into a self-funded Component Benefit Program.You must enroll to receive benefits.

  • The Plan Administrator may enter into contracts with other Insurers or through other funding arrangements as the Plan Administrator may establish for the purpose of providing the Component Benefit.

  • This document, however, is the controlling document for Eligibility and Participation Requirements, which are described in Section 3.The terms of this document are designed to incorporate important differences between the fully insured and self-funded Component Benefit Programs.

Related to Component Benefit

  • Retirement Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 5.

  • relevant benefit means any benefit specified in paragraph 21(2); and

  • Net Benefit means the present value of the Covered Payments net of all federal, state, local, foreign income, employment and excise taxes.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Component Balance With respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, the Initial Component Balance thereof on the Closing Date, (A) plus any increase in the Component Balance of such Component pursuant to Section 4.02 due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries, (B) minus the sum of all amounts applied in reduction of the principal balance of such Component and Realized Losses allocated thereto on previous Distribution Dates.

  • SERP Benefit means the benefit described in Section 5.1.

  • Monthly Benefit means the monthly amount payable by Liberty to you if you are Disabled or Partially Disabled.

  • Early Retirement Benefit means the retirement benefit payable to a member following early

  • Termination Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 7.

  • Annual Benefit means an annual sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) multiplied by the Applicable Percentage (defined below) and then reduced to the extent required: (i) under the other provisions of this Agreement; (ii) by reason of the lawful order of any regulatory agency or body having jurisdiction over the Employer; and (iii) in order for the Employer to properly comply with any and all applicable state and federal laws, including, but not limited to, income, employment and disability income tax laws (eg., FICA, FUTA, SDI).

  • Maximum Uncertificated Accrued Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (a) accrued interest at the Uncertificated REMIC 2 Pass-Through Rate applicable to REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTZZ minus the REMIC 2 Overcollateralization Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (b) the sum of the Uncertificated Accrued Interest on REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAV1, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAV2, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAV3, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAF1, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAF2, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAF3, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAF4, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAF5, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAF6, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTM1, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTM2, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTM3, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTM4, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTM5, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTM6, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTM7, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTM8 and REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTM9, with the rate on each such REMIC 2 Regular Interest subject to a cap equal to the Pass-Through Rate for the related Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation; provided, however, that for this purpose, calculations of the Uncertificated REMIC 2 Pass-Through Rate and the related caps with respect to each such REMIC 2 Regular Interest for which the Corresponding Certificate is a Group I Certificate shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Period and the denominator of which is 30.

  • Supplemental Benefit means the monthly benefit payable to the Executive under this Agreement.

  • Last Monthly Benefit means the gross Monthly Benefit payable to the Insured Employee immediately prior to death. Any reductions for Other Income Benefits, or for earnings the Insured Employee received for Partial Disability Employment, will not apply.

  • Initial Component Balance As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Normal Retirement Benefit means the benefit described in Section 2.1.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Compounded Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Lump Sum means the total sum which will have become payable to the Contractor by the Principal upon completion of the Works.

  • Plan Benefit means the benefit payable to a Participant as calculated in Article V.

  • Employer Contribution means the amount paid by an employer, as determined by the employer rate, including the normal and deficiency rates, contributions, and funds wherever used in this chapter.

  • Maximum I-LTZZ Uncertificated Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) accrued interest at the REMIC I Remittance Rate applicable to REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ minus the REMIC I Overcollateralized Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (ii) Uncertificated Interest on REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9 and REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10 for such Distribution Date, with the rate on each such REMIC I Regular Interest subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the related Margin for the related Corresponding Certificate and (ii) the Net WAC Pass-Through Rate for the related Corresponding Certificate; provided, however, each cap shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period and the denominator of which is 30.

  • Class PO Deferred Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the applicable PO Percentage of each Realized Loss, other than any Excess Loss, to be allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such Distribution Date on or prior to the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date or previously allocated to the Class PO Certificates and not yet paid to the Holders of the Class PO Certificates.

  • Class A-PO Deferred Amount For any Distribution Date prior to the Subordination Depletion Date, the difference between (A) the sum of (x) the amount by which the sum of the Class A-PO Optimal Principal Amounts for all prior Distribution Dates exceeded the amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on such prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (2) of Section 4.01(a) and (y) the sum of the product for each Discount Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Loan at any time on or prior to the last day of the Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period for Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts for the current Distribution Date of (a) the PO Fraction for such Discount Mortgage Loan and (b) an amount equal to the principal portion of Realized Losses (other than Bankruptcy Losses due to Debt Service Reductions) incurred with respect to such Discount Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of (x) the sum of the Class A-PO Recoveries for such Distribution Date and prior Distribution Dates and (y) amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph fourth of Section 4.01(a). On and after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Class A-PO Deferred Amount will be zero. No interest will accrue on any Class A-PO Deferred Amount.

  • Net Benefits Test means a calculation to determine whether the benefits of a reduction in price resulting from the dispatch of Economic Load Response exceeds the cost to other loads resulting from the billing unit effects of the load reduction, as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 3.3A.4 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 3.3A.4.

  • Employer Contributions means the amount transferred by an employer to a funding account or a health reimbursement account.

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.
