Component Lead Time definition

Component Lead Time means the minimum amount of time necessary to purchase a Component in order to meet the current Forecast. Product Lead Times may be specified in a Product Information Document.
Component Lead Time means the aggregate amount of time necessary for Flextronics or any of the Flextronics Affiliated Companies to: (i) process an order for any Component, (ii) receive such order from the supplier thereof, and (iii) manufacture the Product containing such Component; provided, however, that the aggregate time necessary with respect to (i) and (iii) above shall not exceed ten (10) Business Days, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Component Lead Time means the time between the date IAC places a purchase order with a Component supplier for a Component and the date that Component arrives to IAC’s factory.

Component Lead Time means the lead time associated with a particular Component (as specified in a Product Information Document).
