Build Schedule definition

Build Schedule means a manufacturing schedule provided to Jabil by Company in writing which specifies the Product to be manufactured, including the quantity of each Product, its description and part number, shipping instructions and requested delivery date.
Build Schedule means the Company's timetable for the construction and breakdown of Exhibition Stands and installation and removal of Exhibition Fittings and Exhibitor Materials at the Venue prior to and following the Exhibition as made available by the Company from time to time;

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.
