Product Information Document definition

Product Information Document or “PID” means the document made up of these Terms and Conditions and the relevant Product Information Document.
Product Information Document means a document that contains the associated Product Design Document and any other information and detail related to the manufacture, sale and cost of a Product substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B.
Product Information Document means an exhibit to this Agreement that contains information and details related to the manufacture, sale and cost of a Product.

More Definitions of Product Information Document

Product Information Document means the document that contains the information and details set forth in Exhibit A and other information related to the manufacture and ownership of a Product (as updated by the parties from time to time). Without limiting the foregoing, a Product Information Document shall contain the following items: (a) sub-system level xxxx of materials and pricing, (b) identification of unique sub-systems, (c) Product Specifications, (d) identification of any Tooling and ABWN Equipment necessary or useful to the manufacture of the Product, (e) ownership of any Tooling and ABWN Equipment, (d) Test Plan, (f) the approved vendor list (“AVL”) in accordance with any FAA, or similar government regulatory agency, regulations/requests.
Product Information Document also referred to as the “PID”, shall mean the document that contains the information and details set forth in Exhibit B and other information related to the purchase and sale of the Products (as updated by the parties from time to time). Without limiting the foregoing, a Product Information Document shall contain the following items: (a) Product Identification Number, (b) Product Summary Description, (c) Recommended Retail Price, (d) Tapout Purchase Price and, (e) Product Lead Time.

  • information document means the document set out in Annex I or Annex III, or in the corresponding Annex to a separate directive, or regulation, that prescribes the information to be supplied by an applicant, it being permissible to supply the information document in the form of an electronic file;

  • Regulatory Documentation means all applications, registrations, licenses, authorizations and approvals (including all Approvals), all correspondence submitted to or received from Regulatory Authorities (including minutes and official contact reports relating to any communications with any Regulatory Authority), all supporting documents and all Clinical Trials and tests, including the manufacturing batch records, relating to a Product, and all data contained in any of the foregoing, including all regulatory drug lists, advertising and promotion documents, adverse event files and complaint files.

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to the Employer by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.

  • Verification Documents means, with respect to any Note Owner, a certification from such Note Owner certifying that such Person is in fact, a Note Owner, as well as one additional piece of documentation reasonably satisfactory to the recipient, such as a trade confirmation, account statement, letter from a broker or dealer or other similar document. The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms. Unless otherwise inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, all accounting terms used herein shall be interpreted, and all accounting determinations hereunder shall be made, in accordance with GAAP. Amounts to be calculated hereunder shall be continuously recalculated at the time any information relevant to such calculation changes.
