Computer Sciences GS Business definition

Computer Sciences GS Business shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Separation and Distribution Agreement.
Computer Sciences GS Business means the (i) businesses of providing IT, mission, and operations-related services to Government Customers constituting the North American Public Sector segment (as such term is used in the Form 10 (as amended through August 17, 2015)) of CSC and its Subsidiaries (including the Computer Sciences GS Group) prior to the Effective Time, except pursuant to those Contracts with U.S. state and local government agencies performed by the CSC Operating Group set forth on Schedule 1.1(k), and (ii) any and all businesses of the Computer Sciences GS Group after the Effective Time (including any businesses acquired or established by or for Computer Sciences GS or any of its Subsidiaries after the Effective Time).
Computer Sciences GS Business means the North American Public Sector segment as described in CSC’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended April 3, 2015.

  • The Enumerated SRA Stockholders and their advisors, if any, have been afforded the opportunity to ask questions of, and the Enumerated SRA Stockholders and their advisors have received answers thereto satisfactory to the Enumerated SRA Stockholders from, CSC, Computer Sciences GS and its Subsidiaries relating to the Computer Sciences GS Business.

  • The Enumerated SRA Stockholders and their advisors, if any, have been furnished with all materials relating to the Computer Sciences GS Business, Computer Sciences GS and its Subsidiaries and materials relating to the issuance of Computer Sciences GS Common Stock that have been requested by the Enumerated SRA Stockholders.

  • If the request is not valid, the provider will be notified that their request is denied with an explanation of the denial.

  • Neither CSC nor any of its Subsidiaries shall have any Liabilities under (i) any Lease that expires or is subject to renewal on or after the Distribution Date, or (ii) any new lease executed by Computer Sciences GS or its Subsidiaries in connection with the Computer Sciences GS Business on or after the Distribution Date.

  • CSC does not currently expect based on reasonably anticipated usage by the Computer Sciences GS Business that Additional Usage Fees will apply during the Initial Term.

Related to Computer Sciences GS Business

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • Information Technologies means all information processing and communications-related hardware, Software, supplies, and consumable items that the Supplier is required to supply and install under the Contract.

  • Business of the Employer means the business conducted by the Employer, which is the business of commercial banking.

  • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.   • Eligible next Michigan business means that term as defined in section 3 of the Michigan economic growth authority act, 1995 PA 24, MCL 207.803.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:
