Computershare Fee Letter definition

Computershare Fee Letter means, with respect to the Securities Intermediary and the Backup Servicer, the Schedule of Fees, dated as of January 13, 2023, between Computershare, the Borrower and/or Regional Management.
Computershare Fee Letter means that certain schedule of fees dated May 18, 2021, executed by the Borrower in favor of Computershare Trust Company, N.A.
