Concession Term definition

Concession Term means, in respect of Airport Premises/Terminal, a period as specified in relevant clause of this manual, commencing on the Rent Commencement Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Concession Agreement.

Concession Term means, a period of Five (05) years, commencing on the Rent Commencement Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Concession Agreement.

Concession Term means, a period of seven (07) years commencing from the 60th day of actual or deemed date of handing over, whichever is earlier, of at-least 50% of tendered area, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Concession Agreement.
