First Instance. Where an Employee's performance is believed to fall short of agreed standards, such as but not limited to responsibility statements, performance appraisals, Company and site vision & values, policies and procedures as amended from time to time, the Employee will be counselled to assist in meeting the agreed standards.   • CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL LEARNING AGREEMENT The section to be completed during the mobility is needed only if changes have to be introduced into the original Learning Agreement. In that case, the section to be completed before the mobility should be kept unchanged and changes should be described in this section. When changes to the mobility programme arise, they should be agreed as soon as possible with the sending institution. In case the change concerns an extension of the duration of the mobility programme abroad, the request can be made by the trainee at the latest one month before the foreseen end date. All parties must confirm that the proposed amendments to the Learning Agreement are approved. For this specific section, original or scanned signatures are not mandatory and an approval by email may be enough. The procedure has to be decided by the sending institution, depending on the national legislation.

  • Letter of Reference On termination of employment for any reason, the Employer shall provide a letter of reference on request.

  • AGREEMENT REOPENER 32.01 This Agreement may be amended by mutual consent.

  • FAILURE TO HONOUR SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT 32. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel and, at any subsequent time, the Respondent fails to honour any of the Terms of Settlement set out herein, Staff reserves the right to bring proceedings under section 24.3 of the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent based on, but not limited to, the facts set out in Part IV of the Settlement Agreement, as well as the breach of the Settlement Agreement. If such additional enforcement action is taken, the Respondent agrees that the proceeding(s) may be heard and determined by a hearing panel comprised of all or some of the same members of the hearing panel that accepted the Settlement Agreement, if available.
