Concessional day definition
Concessional day. - means any day upon which an employee is permitted to be absent on full pay without debit to any leave account as a result of a compulsory closure of Government establishments over the Christmas/New Year period or such closure or restricted staffing as the employer determines.
Concessional day means any day upon which an Employee is permitted to be absent on full pay without debit to any leave account as a result of a compulsory closure of the Crime and Misconduct Commission over the Christmas/New Year period or such closure or restricted staffing as the Chairperson determines.
