Conciliation Body definition

Conciliation Body means the Township Conciliation Body formed under the Trade Dispute Act.
Conciliation Body means a body registered by the organ (person) provided for in the Consumer Protection Act, established on a long-term basis for the purpose of resolving consumer disputes within the framework of alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Conciliation Body shall have the meaning defined in the Directive (EU) 2019/520 of 19 March 2019 Chapter III; the Danish Road Directorate (“Vejdirektoratet”) has been appointed as Danish Conciliation Body, and is thus the relevant Conciliation Body under this Agreement.
