Concurrent Contracts definition

Concurrent Contracts is defined in Section 19.13(a).
Concurrent Contracts means, collectively, the (i) Gas Purchase Agreement dated March 15, 2012, by and between Seller and Oneok, (ii) Gas Purchase Agreement dated March 15, 2012, by and between Baytex Energy USA Ltd. and Oneok, and (iii) Gas Purchase Agreement dated March 15, 2012, by and between Williston Hunter and Oneok.
Concurrent Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5.

Related to Concurrent Contracts

  • Parent Contract means any Contract: (a) to which Parent is a party; (b) by which Parent or any Parent IP or any other asset of Parent is or may become bound or under which Parent has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (c) under which Parent has or may acquire any right or interest.

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Client Contract means a futures or option contract between us and you, which is matched by an identical Contract;

  • Scheduled Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.

  • Contracts means all contracts, leases, deeds, mortgages, licenses, instruments, notes, commitments, undertakings, indentures, joint ventures and all other agreements, commitments and legally binding arrangements, whether written or oral.
