Schedule 5.19 contains a true, correct and complete list of all the Material Agreements in effect on the Effective Date, which, together with any updates provided pursuant to Section 6.03(l), are in full force and effect and, to Borrower’s knowledge, no defaults currently exist thereunder (other than as described in Schedule 5.19 or in such updates).
