Condemnation Restoration definition

Condemnation Restoration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.3.
Condemnation Restoration has the meaning set forth in Section 12.3(a) hereof.
Condemnation Restoration means a Restoration of any portion of the Premises remaining after a Partial Taking and/or a Restoration of any portion of the Premises which has been changed or altered as a result of a Temporary Taking, so that such portion shall contain complete structures, in good condition and repair, consisting of self-contained architectural units, and to the extent practicable, to a size and condition of, and having a quality substantially similar to, the size, condition and quality of the Premises existing immediately prior to the Date of Taking.

Examples of Condemnation Restoration in a sentence

  • In such event (a) the Term shall end on the date set forth in such notice as if such date were the Fixed Expiration Date, and (b) Tenant shall have no obligation to perform such Condemnation Restoration, but at Landlord’s option, Tenant shall demolish the improvements on the site and make the site safe and free from conditions hazardous to life and property.

  • If the portion of the award made available by Depositary is insufficient for the purpose of paying for the cost of the Construction Work in connection with the Condemnation Restoration, Tenant shall nevertheless be required to perform such Construction Work as required hereby and pay any additional sums required for such Construction Work.

  • Except as necessary and as provided in the County approved Plans and Specifications in connection with construction of the Hotel and Garage or as part of a Casualty Restoration or Condemnation Restoration or as may be otherwise permitted under this Agreement or the Hotel Lease, Developer shall not demolish any portion of the Project Site.
