Condemnation Restoration definition

Condemnation Restoration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.3.
Condemnation Restoration has the meaning set forth in Section 12.3(a) hereof.
Condemnation Restoration means a Restoration of any portion of the Premises remaining after a Partial Taking and/or a Restoration of any portion of the Premises which has been changed or altered as a result of a Temporary Taking, so that such portion shall contain complete structures, in good condition and repair, consisting of self-contained architectural units, and to the extent practicable, to a size and condition of, and having a quality substantially similar to, the size, condition and quality of the Premises existing immediately prior to the Date of Taking.

Examples of Condemnation Restoration in a sentence

  • Licensor shall (i) keep the Knicks reasonably apprised of the progress and the estimated date of completion of the Condemnation Restoration Work, and (ii) provide such information as may be reasonably requested by the Knicks from time to time with respect to the progress of such Condemnation Restoration Work.

  • The Condemnation Restoration Work shall not include the repair and restoration of any of the trade fixtures, personal property or equipment of the Knicks (all of which the Knicks shall repair and restore at its sole cost and expense).

Condemnation Restoration shall have the meaning set forth in Sec- tion 7.1.3.
Condemnation Restoration has the meaning provided in Section 9.2(b). “Consenting Party” has the meaning provided in Section 26.2(c)(i).
Condemnation Restoration means the restoration of the Facility (so as to render same a complete architectural unit) and/or the parking area(s) (it being understood that to the extent required, additional parking area(s) and/or levels may be created to provide parking spaces eliminated by the Condemnation) as nearly as possible to the quality and character as existed prior to such Condemnation, subject to all then applicable Legal Requirements (but in no event to exceed the scope of the Plans). The costs of obtaining the estimates set forth in Landlord’s Condemnation Notice shall be included as a cost of the Condemnation Restoration.
Condemnation Restoration has the meaning provided in Section 12.01(e) hereof. “Construction Contracts” has the meaning provided in Section 16.12(b) hereof. “Construction Work” means any Structural Alteration, Major Construction Work, Restoration, or other construction, repair or capital improvement work performed on or to the Premises.
Condemnation Restoration means a restoration of any portion of the Premises (together with Tenant’s Trade Fixtures) remaining after a Taking of less than the whole of the Premises and/or a restoration of any portion of the Premises which have been changed or altered as a result of a temporary taking for a period less than the remainder of the Term, or as a result of any governmental action not constituting a Taking, but creating a right to compensation as provided in Section 13.01, so that such portions shall contain complete structures, in good condition and repair, consisting of self-contained architectural units, and to the extent practicable, of a size and condition of, and having a character similar to, the character of the Premises existing immediately prior to the Date of Taking, or the date of such other governmental action.
