Licensor shall (i) keep the Knicks reasonably apprised of the progress and the estimated date of completion of the Condemnation Restoration Work, and (ii) provide such information as may be reasonably requested by the Knicks from time to time with respect to the progress of such Condemnation Restoration Work.
