Condensate Services definition

Condensate Services means (a) the receipt of Shipper’s owned or Controlled Liquid Condensate at the Receipt Points; (b) as applicable, the collection, injection, gathering and stabilization (to sales specifications) of such Liquid Condensate; (c) the handling, storage, loading, and, subject to Section 4.8, marketing or re-delivery at the applicable Delivery Point of such Liquid Condensate for Shipper’s account; and (d) the other services to be performed by Gatherer in respect of such Liquid Condensate as set forth in this Agreement, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Condensate Services means, (a) with respect to the Majorsville System: (i) the receipt of Dedicated Liquid Condensate at the Majorsville System’s Receipt Point; (ii) the collection, injection, gathering and stabilization of such Liquid Condensate; (iii) the handling, storage, loading, and re-delivery at the applicable Majorsville System Delivery Point of such Liquid Condensate for Shipper’s account; and (iv) the other services to be performed by Gatherer in respect of such Liquid Condensate as set forth in this Agreement, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; (b) with respect to the ACAA System: (i) the receipt of Dedicated Liquid Condensate at the Receipt Points on the ACAA System; and (ii) the gathering and redelivery of such Liquid Condensate at the applicable ACAA System Delivery Point all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and (c) with respect to the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx System (i) the receipt of Dedicated Liquid Condensate at the Receipt Points on the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx System; (ii) the collection, injection, gathering and stabilization of such Liquid Condensate; (iii) the handling, storage, loading, and re-delivery at the applicable Xxxxxxx Xxxxx System Delivery Point of such Liquid Condensate for Shipper’s account; and (iv) the other services to be performed by Gatherer in respect of such Liquid Condensate as set forth in this Agreement, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, Gatherer has no obligation to provide Liquid Condensate Services at any Individual Systems other than the Majorsville System, the ACAA System and the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx System.

Examples of Condensate Services in a sentence

  • Shipper shall be responsible for injecting Dedicated Liquid Condensate into the Individual Systems on which Condensate Services are provided at the applicable Receipt Point, measuring all Liquid Condensate injected into the Individual Systems at the applicable Receipt Points and providing Gatherer reasonable access to Shipper’s Measurement Devices, including the data therefrom, for such Liquid Condensate, including as set forth in Section 1.4(f) of Exhibit A.

  • Electric generation service means the provision of retail

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Hospice services means symptom and pain management to a terminally ill individual, and emotional, spiritual and bereavement services for the individual and their family in a place of temporary or permanent residence, and may include the provision of home health and home care services for the terminally ill individual.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Water supply system means the structures, aqueducts, pipes, valves, pumps, meters or other apparatus relating thereto of which the ownership vests in the municipality and which are used or intended to be used by it in connection with the supply of water, and includes any part of the system; and

  • Collection Services means all the activities, including those conducted at Events and Depots operated by or on behalf of the Collector, for the purpose of receiving, classifying, packing, storing and transferring Automotive HSP onto transportation vehicles, including the manifesting of the Automotive HSP prior to transportation from the Event or Depot;

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.
