Conditioned Power means the electrical service provided by Licensor to a Customer Equipment Area, subject to Section 2.5, which is provisioned through one or more uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems(s) or a DC battery plant, and which is further supported by one or more standby diesel generators(s).”
