Conditions of Award definition

Conditions of Award means the conditions attached to the award of any scholarship, bursary or other concession as supplied by the School to the Parents when making the offer of a place.

Examples of Conditions of Award in a sentence

  • In addition to all other remedies available to Niagara Region, if a selected proponent fails to enter into the Contract or satisfy any other applicable conditions, as set out in Appendix E – Conditions of Award of this RFP, within fourteen (14) days of notice of selection, Niagara Region may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without incurring any liability, withdraw the selection of that proponent and either proceed with the selection of another proponent or cancel the RFP process.

Related to Conditions of Award

  • Conditions of Contract means those statements contained in or delivered with your Ticket/s or Itinerary/Receipt, identified as such and which incorporate by reference, these Conditions of Carriage and notices.

  • Vesting Conditions means those conditions established in accordance with Section 8.4 or Section 10.2 of the Plan prior to the satisfaction of which shares subject to a Restricted Stock Award or Restricted Stock Unit Award, respectively, remain subject to forfeiture or a repurchase option in favor of the Company upon the Participant’s termination of Service.

  • Grant Letter means the letter dated March 2019 from the Commissioner to the Recipient which sets out supplementary information in relation to the Grant.
