Confirmation Procedures Order means the order(s) of the Bankruptcy Court (i) approving procedures relating to provision of notice of the Confirmation Hearing and the solicitation and tabulation of votes with respect to the Plan; and (ii) providing or establishing the basis for calculating the amount of any Plan Claim for voting purposes.
