Confirmatory Resolution definition

Confirmatory Resolution is defined in Section P.6.
Confirmatory Resolution means a resolution adopted by a redevelopment commission, following a public hearing, that confirms the redevelopment commission’s declaratory resolution.
Confirmatory Resolution means Resolution No. 14-2008 adopted by the Redevelopment Commission on June 12, 2008, confirming all prior actions of the Redevelopment Commission in connection with the creation of the Economic Development Area and the Allocation Area.
