Confirmatory Resolution definition

Confirmatory Resolution is defined in Section P.6.
Confirmatory Resolution means a resolution adopted by a redevelopment commission, following a public hearing, that confirms the redevelopment commission’s declaratory resolution.
Confirmatory Resolution means the resolution of the Redevelopment Commission confirming all prior actions of the Redevelopment Commission in connection with the amendment of the Plan for the Area and the Allocation Area.
