Confirmed Error. A Defect that has been reproduced by Micro Focus. • Corrections: Fixes, workarounds, support releases, service packs, component replacements, patches and/or documentation changes to the Maintained Software and/or Avoidance Procedures for Confirmed Errors as Micro Focus deems appropriate.
Confirmed Error means a deviation between the Software(s) and the Documentation furnished for it by Micro Focus, which is demonstrable, and accompanied by the minimum length of code which recreates the deviation, on the Reference Environment(s) and reported by VAR to Micro Focus in sufficient detail for Micro Focus to reproduce the Reported Error on the Reference Environment(s) on Micro Focus premises and Micro Focus has reproduced the Reported Error.

  • MobileIron shall be responsible for a Confirmed Error in Software, however, MobileIron shall not be responsible for any errors in Software that cannot be reproduced by MobileIron on unmodified Software, or for software, firmware, hardware not supplied by MobileIron, or for information or memory data contained in, stored on or integrated with any Product returned to MobileIron pursuant to this SMA.

  • Provider may close the trouble ticket without further responsibility if Customer does not provide requested information related to the Confirmed Error to Provider within thirty days of receiving a patch or workaround, or if Customer fails to respond to a request for additional information or confirm that trouble ticket is resolved.

  • If such remote support is unavailable, in ALLIANCE’s opinion, to satisfactorily resolve the Confirmed Error, ALLIANCE may require Customer to provide data files on removable media via overnight courier (or other method that provides end-to-end tracking) or other mutually agreed upon electronic medium.

  • NAV Error means an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or class as more fully described in the NAV Error Policy.

  • Medication error means any preventable event that may cause or lead to inappropriate medication use or patient harm, while the medication is in the control of the health care professional, patient, or consumer. Such events may be related to professional practice, health care products, procedures, and systems including, but not limited to: prescribing; order communication; product labeling, packaging and nomenclature; compounding; dispensing; distribution; administration; education; monitoring; and use.

  • Manifest Error means any error that we reasonably believe to be obvious or palpable, including without limitation, offers to execute Transactions for exaggerated volumes of Underlying Assets or at manifestly incorrect market price quotes or prices at a clear loss.

  • Clerical error means a clerical error in the processing of an Order, and includes, but is not limited to, the following: (i) a transmission error, including but not limited to, an Order sent to the wrong address or number, failure to transmit certain pages or illegible transmission, (ii) failure to transmit an Order received from one or more Existing Owners or Potential Owners (including Orders from the Broker-Dealer which were not originated by the Auction Desk) prior to the Broker-Dealer Deadline or generated by the Broker-Dealer’s Auction Desk for its own account prior to the Submission Deadline or (iii) a typographical error. Determining whether an error is a “Clerical Error” is within the reasonable judgment of the Broker-Dealer, provided that the Broker-Dealer has a record of the correct Order that shows it was so received or so generated prior to the Broker-Dealer Deadline or the Submission Deadline, as applicable.

  • Continued Errors has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(c)(iii).

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Order Confirmation All TIPS Member Agreement orders are approved daily by TIPS and sent to vendor. The Vendor should confirm receipt of orders to the TIPS Member (customer) within 3 business days. • Vendor custom website for TIPS: If Vendor is hosting a custom TIPS website, updated pricing when effective. TIPS shall be notified when prices change in accordance with the award.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Confirmation test means a drug or alcohol test on a sample to substantiate the results of a prior drug or alcohol test on the same sample and which uses different chemical principles and is of equal or greater accuracy than the prior drug or alcohol test;

  • Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Error means any failure of the Software to operate in conformance with the Documentation in any material respect.

  • CE marking of conformity or ‘CE marking’ means a marking by which the manufacturer indicates that the device is in conformity with the applicable requirements set out in this Regulation and other applicable Union harmonisation legislation providing for its affixing;

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Product Conditions means these product terms and conditions. These Product Conditions apply to each series of cash settled Warrants over single equities;

  • Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice Qwest provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by Qwest for the Provisioning of the service requested.

  • Regulatory Conditions means the conditions set out in paragraphs 3.3 to 3.5 (inclusive) of Part A of Appendix I to the Announcement;

  • Confirmation Date means the date upon which the Bankruptcy Court enters the Confirmation Order on the docket of the Chapter 11 Cases, within the meaning of Bankruptcy Rules 5003 and 9021.

  • Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audiovisual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments. 20 USC §1232h(c)(6)(A).

  • Nonconformity or “Nonconformities” means any failure or failures of the Software to conform to the requirements of this Contract, including any applicable Documentation.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Claims Bar Date Order means that certain order entered by the Bankruptcy Court establishing the Claims Bar Date.

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;
