Congress Parties definition

Congress Parties means, collectively, Congress Canada, Congress US and the US Collateral Agent and “Congress Party” shall mean any one of them individually;
Congress Parties the collective reference to Congress Financial Corporation (Canada) and Congress Financial Corporation (Central).
