Settling States definition

Settling States means the States listed in Appendix A to the Attorneys General Settlement and Subsequent Settling States.
Settling States means those States that entered into the Attorneys General Settlement Agreement.

Settling States means the Initial Settling States and Subsequent Settling States, if any.
Settling States means Arizona, the District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii (with respect to only the Consumer Settlement Class), Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
