Consents and Agreements definition

Consents and Agreements means the AVSA Consent and Agreement and the Guarantor Consent and Agreement.

Consents and Agreements means the agreements, each substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit D to the Lease Agreement, between the Lessee and the various contractors under the Nuclear Material Contracts, with such changes to Exhibit 2 to Exhibit D as the Secured Parties may consent to in writing, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Consents and Agreements means the confirmations by the Manufacturer included in the Purchase Agreement Assignment and the Purchase Agreement Warranties Assignment of the transfer of rights under the Purchase Agreement.
