Consolidated Gross Assets definition

Consolidated Gross Assets means the consolidated current assets plus consolidated non-current assets of the Group;
Consolidated Gross Assets means the consolidated fixed assets plus consolidated current assets of the Group.
Consolidated Gross Assets means the Company’s Total Assets (as reflected in its consolidated balance sheet), but excluding the impact of “Accumulated depreciation and amortization”, in each case calculated in accordance with the same methodology to calculate such metric as reported in the Company’s Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

More Definitions of Consolidated Gross Assets

Consolidated Gross Assets means the consolidated fixed assets plus consolidated current assets of the Group but for the purposes of the Initial Financial Statements shall exclude the debtor amount of £831,000,000 due from the Retail Group.
Consolidated Gross Assets means the consolidated gross assets of the Group as shown on the most recent consolidated balance sheet of the Company delivered to the holders of Notes pursuant to Section 7.1(a) or (b), as applicable, or if no balance sheet has been so delivered subsequent to the Closing, then as shown on the most recent balance sheet listed on Schedule 5.5.

  • Consolidated Assets means all assets which should be listed on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Consolidated Group means the Borrower and all Subsidiaries which are consolidated with it for financial reporting purposes under GAAP.

  • Consolidated Cash Taxes means, for any period, for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, the aggregate of all taxes, as determined in accordance with GAAP, to the extent the same are paid in cash during such period.

  • Consolidated Equity means and refers to, as of the end of any period of determination, the sum, without duplication, of (i) Consolidated Tangible Net Worth of HDFS, (ii) preferred stock and (iii) Subordinated Indebtedness.

  • Total Consolidated Assets means, at any time, the total assets appearing on the most recently prepared consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Consolidated Subsidiaries as of the end of the most recent fiscal quarter of the Company and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for which such balance sheet is available, prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Combined Assets means the sum of Fund Assets and Other Assets; and

  • Consolidated Subsidiaries means each Subsidiary of the Borrower (whether now existing or hereafter created or acquired) the financial statements of which shall be (or should have been) consolidated with the financial statements of the Borrower in accordance with GAAP.
