Consolidation Notice definition

Consolidation Notice has the meaning given to that term in Condition 61.2;
Consolidation Notice means a written notice satisfying the requirements of Clause 66.2 (Consolidation of Connected Disputes), which expression shall include each element of, and (if applicable) each computation contained or referred to in, such notice and (if applicable) all Supporting Information referred to in Clause 66.2(D) (Consolidation of Connected Disputes);
Consolidation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 13(b).
