Examples of Consortium Partner in a sentence
During their stay at each Consortium Partner institution, the rights and responsibilities of the ADVANCES students shall be the same as those of the other postgraduate students enrolled at that university.
Students will enjoy the benefits and shall be likewise subject to the regulations and standards of conduct which are in force in the Consortium Partner Institution during their period of study there.
Each Consortium Partner will offer information on local and national administrative and logistical processes, for example university enrolment, accommodation (cost of living, finding and renting flats), university facilities, Programme-related travel, visa information, registration with local authorities and residence permits.
This Consortium Agreement does not in any respect make Consortium Partner an agent or a partner of the Lead Member nor does it establish any joint venture between the Parties or authorize the Consortium Partner to transact any business in the name of the Lead Member or to incur any obligation or liability for or on behalf of the Lead Member except as otherwise specifically set forth herein or as may be agreed upon specifically in writing.
Each Party shall have the right to terminate the previously set forth and signed Consortium Partner Memorandum of Understanding by giving 90 days written notice in writing to the other Party at any time.
