Prime Bidder definition

Prime Bidder. – means any person (natural or juristic) who forwards an acceptable proposal in response to this RFB with the intention of being the main contractor should the proposal be awarded to him/her.
Prime Bidder means Agency/Company part of the consortium and severely responsible for executing the work as mentioned in the RFP and acts as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Project.
Prime Bidder means the Company of the Consortium incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 which shall coordinate with UPLC & the Government on behalf of itself and other members of the Consortium, for the successful execution of the Project for the entire Agreement period.
