Constant Contact Materials definition

Constant Contact Materials means any information, content and materials provided by Constant Contact to Partner describing the Products for use in marketing the Products.

  • Partner agrees that Partner will not at any time during the Term or thereafter assert or claim any interest in or do anything that may adversely affect the validity of the Constant Contact Materials or Constant Contact Marks, or any other materials, trademark, trade name or product designation belonging to or licensed to Constant Contact.

Related to Constant Contact Materials

  • Disinfectant contact time or "T in CT calculations" means the time in minutes that it takes for water to move from the point of disinfectant application or the previous point of disinfectant residual measurement to a point before or at the point where residual disinfectant concentration (C) is measured. Where only one (1) C is measured, T is the time in minutes that it takes for water to move from the point of disinfectant application to a point before or at where C is measured. Where more than one (1) C is measured, T is:

  • Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the parties’ business relationship.

  • Contact adhesive means a non-aerosol adhesive that: (i) is designed for application to both surfaces to be bonded together, and (ii) is allowed to dry before the two surfaces are placed in contact with each other, and (iii) forms an immediate bond that is impossible, or difficult, to reposition after both adhesive- coated surfaces are placed in contact with each other, and (iv) does not need sustained pressure or clamping of surfaces after the adhesive-coated surfaces have been brought together using sufficient momentary pressure to establish full contact between both surfaces. “Contact Adhesive” does not include rubber cements that are primarily intended for use on paper substrates. “Contact Adhesive” also does not include vulcanizing fluids that are designed and labeled for tire repair only.

  • Indirect contact means the contact of persons with exposed conductive parts.

  • Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.

  • Direct contact means the contact of persons with high voltage live parts.
