Constituency Representatives definition

Constituency Representatives means the individuals who serve as Chair of the Faculty Senate, Chair of the Staff Senate and President of the Alumni Association during their respective terms in office.

Examples of Constituency Representatives in a sentence

  • A general election shall be held in the month of February to elect the Faculty Representatives, Campus Representatives, and Constituency Representatives.

  • Faculty Representatives, Campus Representatives, and Constituency Representatives shall cease to hold office at the end of the day on March 31.

  • Faculty Representatives, Campus Representatives, and Constituency Representatives shall take office on 1 April, or in the case of those elected through a by-election, at the first meeting of Council thereafter.

  • Civil Society Constituency Representatives: At least four heads of civil society organizations, elected for a two-year term, renewable once, by an open, transparent and consultative process facilitated by the ECW Secretariat in consultation with INEE and the Global Education Cluster; those representatives should include both international as well as local or national non-state actors, including at least one representative from a youth-led CSO.

  • Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency. Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.

  • Advisory representative means any Supervised Person, who in connection with his or her regular functions or duties, normally makes, participates in, or otherwise obtains current information regarding the Purchase or Sale of a Security by the Firm, or whose functions relate to the making of any recommendations with respect to such purchases or sales, and any natural Person in a Control relationship to the Firm who obtains information concerning recommendations made concerning a Purchase or Sale of a Security. This definition includes but is not limited to the following: partner, officer, Manager, investment person, Portfolio Manager and any other Supervised Person of the Firm designated as an “Advisory Representative” from time to time by the Review Officer.

  • Department Representative means the Manager, Engineering Operations, or designate, who shall represent the Landscape Operations Section for the purposes of this Agreement, or such other person who may be subsequently appointed in writing by the Department Representative and so notified to the Contractor;

  • Authorized Company Representative means any person who, at the time, shall have been designated to act on behalf of the Company by a written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Remarketing Agent and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by any officer of the Company. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.

  • Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • City Representative means the Representative or appointee engaged by the City to supervise the work.

  • Buyer Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager, Finance Director, City Clerk or such other person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.

  • Authority Representative means the representative appointed by the Authority from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
