Construction Continuing Covenant Agreement definition

Construction Continuing Covenant Agreement means the [NAME OF CONSTRUCTION CONTINUING COVENANT AGREEMENT] dated as of the date hereof by and between the Borrower and the Initial Funding Lender, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
