  • If the Preconstruction Phase Services are being rendered simultaneously with Construction Phase Services, each monthly invoice shall include a pro rata portion of the CM/GC’s fee based on the preliminary progress schedule and the actual costs of the Construction Overhead Costs actually incurred.
