  • As part of its normal course monthly reporting set out in Schedule 16 [Payment Mechanism], and as a regular agenda item for the Construction Period Joint Committee meetings or otherwise upon the request of the City, Project Co shall provide written reports to the City on the status of the preparation of, or its applications for, any or all of Project Approvals, including the Regulatory Approvals, City Approvals, Contractual Approvals and Other Approvals.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means each annual work plan and budget (including related cash forecasts) for the implementation of the Project approved by the Association, referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and “Annual Work Plans and Budgets” means, collectively, all such plans and budgets.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.
