Construction Regulations definition

Construction Regulations means the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations, 2013 as amended;
Construction Regulations means the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 to 2016 as amended, the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 as amended and any guidance requirements issued from time to time from the Health and Safety Authority;
Construction Regulations means the regulations made under paragraph (a) of sub-section (2) of section three hundred and fifty-six to give effect to the relative provisions of the safety Convention, or such regulations as applied under sub-section (3) of the said section;
