Consulting Professional definition

Consulting Professional means the Agent, or such other architectural or engineering consultant as Lender may engage from time to time to examine the Plans and Specifications, changes in the Plans and Specifications and Construction Budget cost breakdowns and estimates, to make periodic inspections of the progress on construction of the Improvements on Lender's behalf and to advise and render reports to Lender.
Consulting Professional means a professional person who is retained by the Owner for a purpose referred to in this Agreement and who is qualified for that purpose, and includes an engineer, architect, landscape architect, registered professional forester, land surveyor, solicitor, arborist or biologist;
Consulting Professional means a qualified professional or firm of professionals licensed in the State of Florida as defined in 403.0877, Florida Statutes, as amended, and retained by the District to perform the acts and carry out the duties relating to the Stormwater Management Program, as required by the District.

  • Upon final completion of the work performed by any contractor or subcontractor substantially in accordance with the Plans, as certified to Agent by the Construction Manager and confirmed by the Consulting Professional, Agent shall release that portion of the retention allocated to the work performed by such contractor or subcontractor in accordance with the Budget, provided that Agent shall have received a final lien waiver and sworn statement from such contractor or subcontractor.

  • Borrower shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Consulting Professional as soon as available: (a) copies of all construction contracts and purchase orders entered into after the date hereof, (b) copies of contractor trade payment breakdowns and monthly job cost reports prepared by Borrower and the Construction Manager and (c) such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Consulting Professional in order to make reports to Agent as to the status of the Project.

  • The Improvements shall not have been materially damaged by fire or other casualty unless there shall have been received, by Lender or a person approved by Lender, insurance proceeds sufficient in the sole judgment of Lender and the Consulting Professional, to effect satisfactory restoration and completion of the Improvements on or before the Outside Completion Date.

  • Upon reasonable prior notice and at reasonable times, Borrower shall make its representatives available for Agent or the Consulting Professional and any designated representative of either, to discuss Borrower's affairs, finances and accounts relating to the Project and the construction of the Improvements and Borrower will cooperate, and cause the Construction Manager to cooperate, with Agent and the Consulting Professional and any designated representative of either of them.

  • Borrower shall have provided evidence reasonably satisfactory to Agent and the Consulting Professional that the Construction Manager and all subcontractors which are required pursuant to the terms of the relevant Construction Documents or subcontracts to procure payment and performance bonds have procured such bonds in form and substance as required by such Construction Documents.

  • To the extent not previously delivered to Agent, Borrower shall have provided evidence reasonably satisfactory to Agent and the Consulting Professional that the Construction Manager and all subcontractors which are required in accordance with the terms of the relevant Construction Documents or subcontracts to procure payment and performance bonds have procured such bonds in form and substance as required by such Construction Documents.

  • Upon request by Agent, Borrower shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Consulting Professional, copies of all testing and quality control reports and Architect's field reports prepared for and delivered to Borrower.

  • The Improvements shall not have been materially damaged by fire or other casualty unless there shall have been received by Agent or a person approved by Agent, or unless the relevant insurance company shall have confirmed coverage for such casualty and committed to disburse, insurance proceeds sufficient in the sole judgment of Agent and the Consulting Professional, to effect satisfactory restoration and completion of the Improvements on or before the Outside Completion Date.

  • The Partnership shall at all times cause a complete set of the original plans (and all supplements thereto) relating to the Project to be maintained at the Facility and available for inspection by the Consulting Professional and any Financing Party.

  • The Required Projections shall be prepared in such detail and based upon such assumptions as shall be satisfactory to the Banks (after consultation with the Consulting Professional).


More Definitions of Consulting Professional

Consulting Professional means the Harrxx Xxxup or (subject to the prior written consent of the Partnership, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld) any other independent engineering firm approved in writing by the Agent.
Consulting Professional means such architectural or engineering consultant, if any, as Brazos or Agent may engage, at Lessee's reasonable expense, to examine the FF&E, Facility Plans, changes in the Facility Plans and cost breakdowns and estimates, and to make inspections of the substantially completed construction.

Consulting Professional shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.1 of each Project Loan Agreement.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Health professional means an individual licensed or otherwise authorized to engage in a health profession under article 15 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.16101 to 333.18838, and whose scope of practice includes the diagnosis and treatment of individuals with a substance use disorder.

  • Licensed professional means a professional registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia pursuant to Article 1 (§ 54.1-400 et seq.) of Chapter 4 of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia. For purposes of these Standards and Specifications a licensed professional is one that is certified by DPOR as an Architect, Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor, or Landscape Architects.

  • Mental health professional means a psychiatrist,

  • Design Professional means architect or engineer.

  • Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.

  • Professional means an Entity: (a) employed pursuant to a Bankruptcy Court order in accordance with sections 327, 363, or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code and to be compensated for services rendered prior to or on the Confirmation Date, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 329, 330, 331, and 363 of the Bankruptcy Code; or (b) awarded compensation and reimbursement by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 503(b)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code.
